Presenting to you a round up of the 11 pancake recipes on Saffrontrail.com. These pancakes range from the American style fluffy oatmeal pancakes to the desi chilas and dosas (which, admit it, are also a kind of pancake!).

Shrove Tuesday is the day before Ash Wednesday, which is the first day of the Lent fasting period.
