Continuing from my earlier post on Top 10 tips to make really good salads, I’m hoping you’re suitably inspired to make salads a part of your everyday diet!  Since 1st Jan turned out to be a Friday this year, it is a good time to get started on healthy eating resolutions from Monday onwards 🙂 (this is also a note to self).

Here are 7 salads for you to try this week, posted conveniently on a Saturday morning, so that you have the time to shop and prep for the week ahead. Many of these are lunchbox friendly. If not, you can also replace your dinner with a hearty salad by adding some cooked grains like brown rice or quinoa or couscous to the salad.
