Avail this one-hour consultation for a 360-degree assessment of your health.

In this introductory session, we discuss your health goals and go over the details of the four pillars of health – food, movement, sleep and stress.

You will get practical advice and recommendations along the way and a personalised road map emailed to you in 48 hours, as the starting point for long-term transformation.

If you’re unsure about taking on long-term coaching, this session is a good place to start.

This is available as a one-time introductory session only.

Long Term Consultation

(3 months / 6 months / Annual)

We will work together to create lasting healthy habits that fit your life.

With this program, you will get:

  • Weekly session of 30 minutes
  • Step-by-step guidance on implementing your health roadmap
  • Ongoing coaching on nutrition, food science, movement, sleep, stress management and mindset shifts to help you take control of your health
  • Personalised protocols to fit your changing needs for chronic conditions like metabolic health, blood sugar management, weight management, reducing body fat percentage, PCOS, post-chemo recovery, etc.
  • Accountability & motivation, so you stay consistent and see real progress
  • Meal & habit planning for real-life situations such as busy workdays, travel, social events, festive seasons, so you can stay healthy without feeling restricted
  • Sustainable lifestyle shifts for long-term wellness, not just quick fixes
  • Continuous support and adjustments based on your progress, feedback, and challenges
