Hi Nandita,I was a little down for not getting a mention in your roundup for my lemony idli upma. Now, Iam back with high spirits to try baking for breakfast.Great theme !
Lakshmi,I’m terribly sorry if I left you out, but I didn’t see your entry in my mail box. Coz I even included Meena’s entry that came in after I;d done the round up. Sorry again for any misunderstandings…Gals, looking forward to see your entries soon, and you too Lakshmi!

nanditai wanted toknow if i can put in a entry which i have already posted about or should it be a new post.
hi nandita, I am not much of a baker but your event is so enticing that I guess I need to think up something :)–sandeepa
Maheshwari, Rooma, Sandeepa,Please put on on ya baker’s hats and try out something wonderfulMahek, well you can send me something you;ve made earlier, but please do a repost this month (with a link to the event) and then send the link to me. And if you bake something else for breakfast this month, that would be great too
Nice idea and I have a suggestion. Why don’t u add steamed dishes to the theme to increase the variety… Back home, baking cakes was done by steaming in cookers before the ovens came in..
Suggestion appreciated and accepted! And I do love steamed cakes 🙂 Bring in the Vatteyappams Shaheen, I’m waiting eagerly for an authentic recipe for that yeasty steamed delicacy…
Definitely count me in :). WOW..I so wish I could live in Bombay where there is no winter hehe….
Fantastic Theme Nandita. My mind is really going into ovrerdrive thinking what i should send you for this event.
What a great theme! Thanks for stopping by my blog, Nandita and of course, for your warm words.Keep visiting, Trupti
Hi Nandita,I have recently posted a banana bread recipe in my blog, which i want to submit it to your WBB #7. I just have a question – i saw that some one has already sent a posting on banana bread for your WBB #7.Can i still send you this recipe or do you prefer something else. Please let me know. And i also want to say that your WBB is such a good idea, where we can share so many beautiful recipes with everyone.i am also sending a link to my url.http://madhusvantalu.wordpress.com/2006/11/02/banana-bread/Madhavi.
A clarification Nandita..maybe steaming will open up the doors to too much of idli and dhoklas! So U can keep it as baking it itself!
Hi Nandita,This is Madhavi again, in the last posting i could not give my blog address properly, so i am sending it again.Madhavi
