Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for booking the first appointment?

  1. Check the plans and pricing on the site.

  2. Email [email protected] with the subject ‘Coaching’ and your requirement.

  3. I will send you the payment details and a calendar link. Please make the payment and book the calendar as per the free slots available.

  4. If the available times on my calendar don’t suit you, feel free to email me your preferred time, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

  5. Full payment in advance is required to confirm your booking.

  6. A Google Meet link will be automatically emailed to you once your appointment is confirmed.

What is the mode of payment?

Currently, we accept two modes of payment – bank transfer and UPI. All payment details will be shared with you via email along with the calendar link.

Is there a couple’s discount?

Since each case is unique and requires individual attention, I do not offer couple discounts at this time.

What will I get after the one-hour consultation?

During the session, you’ll receive personalised guidance and actionable steps tailored to your health goals and concerns.
After the session, I will send you a detailed written plan within 3–4 working days based on our discussion.

Can I ask follow-up questions after the session?

Yes, one follow-up email is included to clarify any doubts specifically related to the plan provided.

Can the 3-month and 6-month programs be extended?

Yes, extensions can be considered if you feel you need continued support to reach your current health goals or to work on new ones. We can discuss the possibility of an extension during your ongoing sessions or schedule a separate call to explore options.

What are your qualifications?

Great question! It’s always important to check the credentials of anyone you’re seeking health advice from.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

At present, all sessions are conducted online.

Are your coaching sessions available for those outside India?

Yes! Since the sessions are online, they are available to clients globally.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you don’t show up for your scheduled session and haven’t informed me in advance, it will be considered a no-show. The full session fee will be charged, and you’ll need to book a new session via the website.

What happens if I’m running late?

Yes, I wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellations with a refund are not offered. However, you may cancel and reschedule your session if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Please email me to make any changes to your booking. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of a free slot.

What if I cancel less than 24 hours before the session?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are treated as missed appointments, and the session fee will not be refunded. That said, if there are exceptional circumstances, do email me. I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your session by emailing or messaging me at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that rescheduling is allowed only once per booking. If you request a reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, it will be treated as a no-show.
