Method
- Preheat a stove top grill pan.
- Peel and slice the mango into thin slices.
- Lightly butter all slices of bread.
- Top one slice of bread with a slice of cheese.
- Layer basil leaves over the cheese.
- Top with thin mango slices to cover the surface, and drizzle few drops of hot sauce. and cover with another slice of Mother Dairy cheese if you like your grilled cheese to be extra cheesy.
- Lightly smear butter on the grill pan and place the sandwich, grilling both sides for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice in the middle into two triangles and serve hot.
