Method
- To prepare the frothy iced coffee, take 2 cups. Place 2 tsp instant coffee granules, 1 sachet Splenda (or 2 tsp sugar) and 2 tbsp hot water in each cup.
- Using a fork whisk the mixture in each cup for around 2 minutes until it is very frothy.
- Stream in the chilled milk in each cup. Stir gently and top with ice cube. Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe makes 2 mugs of iced coffee. 2 tsp of coffee per cup works well for the coffee granules blend that I use. This depends on how strong your coffee is and how strong you like your cup to be, so adjust the quantity accordingly.
