Cold Pasta Salad from leftover pasta

Cold pasta salad, best way to use leftover cooked pasta or pack for a lunchbox or picnic! Best summer recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pasta leftover cooked
  • 1 cup pineapple of diced
  • 1 cucumber , diced
  • 1 carrot , grated
  • 1 red bell pepper , diced
dressing
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil dried crushed
  • Pinch chilli flakes

Method
 

  1. Pour on salad and toss well.
  2. Serve chilled.
