Review of the Philips Viva Juicer - Morning Glory Juice Recipe

This post is a review / sharing my experience about the Philips Viva Juicer and a recipe for a super delicious Morning Glory Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bottle gourd small
  • 3 carrots Red medium
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Beetroot medium
  • 8 sprigs Mint - 10
  • 2 ginger " Fresh , scrubbed piece

Instructions
 

  • Cut off the tops / stalk end of the bottle gourd, pineapple and carrot.
  • Using a large serrated knife, go over the sides of the pineapple, taking off the skin. No need to remove the eyes.
  • Scrub and wash all the juicing ingredients. No need to peel them.
  • Assemble the Viva juicer. Place the collecting jug under the spout.
  • Feed all the prepped veggies and fruits one by one through the XL feeding tube, pressing each down with the plunger.
  • This recipe yields just over 1 Litre of juice, so you may need to empty the collecting jug once as the capacity of the jug is 800ml.
  • Pour all the juice into a jug, mix well and serve immediately.
