Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Masala Buttermilk Mother Dairy
  • 3 tbsps yogurt
  • 1 cucumber medium , peeled and sliced
  • 8 - 10 spinach tender leaves , washed and cleaned
  • small handful mint leaves of
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed ground

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender with 1-2 cubes of ice and blend until smooth.Drink immediately

Notes

Taste verdict: The zing from ginger and the mild heat from the chillies from the masala buttermilk base of the smoothie makes this feel like a savoury Indian breakfast in liquid form. Mint and cucumber give it the fresh taste that make you want to gulp it down! All in all, a healthy and delicious breakfast in a glass.
