Oven Crisped Bhindi (okra)

Ingredients
  • 2cups bhindi(thin slice)
  • 2tsps oil
Instructions
  1. Text Version Recipe of Crispy Bhindi
  2. Wash bhindi and pat dry
  3. Thinly slice them
  4. Take 2 cups sliced bhindi
  5. Preheat oven
  6. Heat 2 tsp oil in wok
  7. Add bhindi slices, toss well to coat with oil
  8. Line a 10X10 baking tray with foil
  9. Spread bhindi slices in single layer
  10. Bake at 200 C for 10-12 minutes until it turns golden brown
  11. Remove, cool for 2 minutes and use in raita, as salad topping or just like that
  12. You can sprinkle salt / chaat masala on it once cooled
